Frankel Cottage

Our 3 bedroom cottage has stunning countryside views due to its location. With a wood burner and cosy decor it’s the perfect bolt hole for couple and families alike. Frankel cottage sleeps up to 5 guests and has a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine & microwave. The bathroom fully refurbished is located downstairs. The cottage is a short drive 0.9miles from the centre of Helmsley where you can find many tearooms, pubs & independent shops.

The Space

The location and surrounding views are breathtaking during all seasons. It’s a very peaceful place despite being so close to the centre of town. The newly installed wood burner makes it extra cosy in Winter and in summer the garden is the perfect place to sit and take in the views. The cottage has been fully modernised & the living room has a TV with freeview & wi-fi. All linen & towels are provided. If you require a travel cot/high chair or buggy these are available upon request.

Cliff Stud Farm

The Cottage is located on a working stud farm where racehorses are brought to rest. Both cottages overlook the stable area, please ensure you do not feed the horses as they have special dietary requirement’s. Both the stud manager and stable workers will be present and looking after the horses 24 hours a day. Each of the fields has an electric fence so do not attempt to touch. We ask that guests do not enter the stable area. There is usually an area which is suitable for walking.

Small dogs are welcome, the cottage isn’t suitable for larger dogs. We ask kindly that owners keep the dogs downstairs in the properties whilst staying.
